HG6-72.5 (ZHW3B-72.5) hybrid green gas insulated switchgear (HGIS) is a new environment-friendly product with international leading level and independently developed by Huade High-Tech. It is used at 66kV side of high voltage substation for receiving and distributing network power, and for controlling and protecting the system. The product fully conforms to IEC62271-1, IEC62271-203, GB11022, GB7674, DL/T617 and other standards, and has passed all type tests and national new product technical appraisal. It is mainly used outdoors, and also can be used indoors, and is widely applied to various fields of national economy such as power transmission and transformation system, large-scale industrial and mining enterprises, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, railway electrification and so on.

    Product Details:
    ㆍ It's an environment friendly product using clean air as an insulating medium, free of SF6 gas and no toxic gas emissions, having no impact on the environment.
    ㆍ The vacuum circuit breaker is adopted, so that the electric service life is long, and the vacuum circuit breaker can be used in occasions with frequent operation.
    ㆍ The high voltage parts are sealed in the stainless steel tank to realize waterproof and dustproof performance, which are not affected by the environment or altitude, ensuring safety and maintenance-free.
    ㆍ The circuit breaker unit and the EDS unit are respectively arranged in independent aluminum tanks and isolated into independent air compartment through basin-type insulators, so that the circuit breaker unit and the EDS unit are flexible in structure, can adapt to different primary schemes, and are plug-and-play switch equipment.
    ㆍ With intelligent control and protection unit as well as powerful control, protection and measurement functions, it can fully meet the automation requirements of distribution network.
    ㆍ Dry compressed air used as insulation medium can be used in low temperature environment. The product has wide environmental adaptabilitywithout liquefaction risk.
    ㆍ With reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking, the product can effectively prevent mis-operation and ensure convenient and reliable operation.
