Through weekly safety training for all employees of the production system and daily safety inspection, we enhance the safety awareness of employees, implement management responsibilities, and implement safety management standardization

The production system relies on the company's eagle training program, so that the core staff inside the production workshop can practice training for new students, and enhance the professional skills and professional quality of new employees through the way of famous teachers and high apprentices, so as to cultivate and reserve talents for the company. After more than 3 weeks of learning, the interns not only quickly adapted to the working environment, but also improved their professional skills in a short time. Among them, some excellent students stand out. Hu Yang, an intern in the plate welding workshop, has grown continuously in learning with Yang Liang, and is now able to operate the bending equipment independently and complete more than 50% of the work items in the bending work, which is particularly outstanding. Other interns also have significantly improved their professional skills under the careful guidance of their masters.

3. Improve product quality：APG workshop team made pre-production preparations in advance. In August, thousands of epoxy insulating parts were completed, including HG3 products and HG4 products. Through daily production experience accumulation, continuous research and continuous testing, a new set of quality control methods was summarized. The pass rate of one delivery increased 99.5%.

4. In terms of improving work efficiency：The bending team of sheet metal welding workshop overcame the difficulties of heavy tasks and insufficient personnel, adopted continuous shift and shift production mode, carried forward the dedication spirit of not afraid of hardship and fatigue, and completed the actual output value of 1.3 times the basic production capacity. In the face of the tight schedule and urgent task of Malaysian export products, the assembly workshop fully mobilizes the production backbone of the workshop, and fully coordinates with other departments of the production system, works overtime, and completes the production and delivery tasks on time with quality and quantity.
