On November 27, 2023, in the conference room of Pullman Hotel Jumeirah, Dubai, at the "Liaoning - UAE Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Conference", on the witnessof Mr. Zhang Lilin, Vice Governor of Liaoning Province, Mr. Guo Shizheng, Chairman of Huade Electric and Mr. Ganesh Kandasamy, General manager of Zuber Electric signed the cooperation agreement.
